Leader 96 produces all rims and wheels for the bikes itself. Only high quality alloy profiles are used and designed by the Company’s engineers to meet the requirements for the different types of the manufactured bikes. The rims for electrical bicycles are designed with eyelets in order to guarantee a high level of wheel stability.

Seven wheel building lines operate in the two production facilities to meet the demand of the bike-production lines. After final inspection of the ready product is performed, the packaging team packs the products according to customer request and design and the lot is transported to the warehouse.
