LEADER-96 is one of the largest manufacturers of e-bikes in Eastern Europe. Founded in 1996, the company has more than a quarter of century of experience in production and distribution of bicycles. Approximately 99% of the production is exported to Europe – Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Sweden, etc. The company is continuously investing in manufacturing and warehouse facilities, totaling over 40 000 sq. m., including painting shop, e-bike assembly, innovation and engineering, internal testing laboratory for e-bikes and training center. To guarantee customer satisfaction, every e-bike is produced according to European Quality Standard (ISO 9001:2015) and is monitored by a specialized team for Total Quality Control.

Requirements:

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economic, or related field
• Previous working experience as a key account manager or a relevant sales role

Special skills:
• Proven track record of success in a B2B sales, with focus on OEM business
• Excellent command of the English language
• High level of customer orientation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Very good presentation skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with ERP systems
• Self-motivated and results-driven person
• Problem solving skills

Responsibilities for the position:
• Maintains and develops commercial relationships with existing customers

•  Identifies and targets potential customers
• Prepares price offers
• Negotiates commercial terms with key accounts
• Build and maintain strong customer collaboration to ensure long-term satisfaction
• Together with R&D representative, actively participates in the development of new products upon customer’s request
• Processes customer orders in the ERP system and monitors their timely execution
• Provides updates related to order production and delivery dates to the key accounts
• Works to optimize stock
• Assists in resolving cases related to customer complaints
• Responsible for the implementation of the monthly and annual turnover targets set by the management
• Monitors the profitability of customers and gives suggestions for its improvement
• Solves issues and problems arising in the process
• Visits customers and presents the company and its product in the best possible way
• Participates in international exhibitions and conferences
